I love getting little notes from my kids. Most of the notes are just pictures, colored with love. 
But it’s so special getting a written note. This is Jeremiah’s very first note written and spelled all on his own!
Translation: I love mom! God loves mom.
Notice the fish is in jail!
This note is special for another reason. Jeremiah and I were having a very difficult and trying day. We had many, MANY sessions of discipline and by the end of the day I was feeling beyond frustrated with him. Quite honestly I did not like him very much and was not thinking very loving thoughts……I was just trying to make it to bedtime. And then Jeremiah disappears for a few minutes and comes back with this very sweet note.
What a reminder — God loves us!
