I had good intentions of blogging WAY before now, BUT……….
(and right now I’m uploading 34 pictures….it’s so hard to choose!!)
Jeremiah has no fear!! That boy is amazing in the water! He and Kia (his cousin who is 6 months younger) took their boogie boards out to the ocean and “surfs Up dude” for hours!! Even in the big waves that we had one week……they do not deter or scare him! And he’s so happy out in the water. He also comes in with a huge smile on his face and is ALWAYS ready to head back out into the waves again, no matter how cool the water and air was that day.
But by far the most exciting event……losing his first tooth! Poor little tooth was hanging on by a thread, but Jeremiah had NO desire to pull the thing or have someone else pull it for him, so we left it dangling there…….until one night brushing his teeth at bedtime…….out came his tooth. No drama with losing that tooth. Actually Jeremiah did not even realize he had lost the thing until I noticed that he was bleeding a tiny bit and had a big gap in his mouth! And the tooth fairy made her visit that night and left a quarter under his pillow!
