A few years ago Stephen purchased a Pampered Chief apple peeler/corer/cutter and it is fantastic! I don’t use it for “normal” apple cutting because the cleanup takes more time than is saved by the “cool tool”, but for peeling, coring and cutting large quantities of apples it’s a life saver. Stephen helped me prepare ¾ of a bushel of apples a couple of weeks ago and we were able to knock them out in about a hour! And the kids had a great time eating the “spaghetti” that we made with the peelings.
